Door Prizes

Dear Exhibitors,        
            
Once again we plan on an active door prize and exhibit hall raffle program at MSC 2012 with your support.  Your generosity made this program a great success at MSC 2011.  Please donate a prize for one or all of these efforts.

Our Door Prize Drawings will consist of exhibit hall raffles, the special exhibitor card drawing, and conference conclusion drawings.  We will announce your company name and donation when we draw for your gift. 

Exhibit Hall Raffle Drawings will be held during each break period in the Exhibitor Hall.   Committee members will hand out tickets each day to attendees in the hall. Please let me know if you would like to handout tickets as well.   

Special Exhibitor Card Drawing will be held Friday March 23rd prior to exhibit hall closing at 2:00 PM.    
- Provides you interaction with potential customers, and continued relationship building with existing customers.   
- Card will be in the attendee bag with all the confirmed participating company names on it. 
- If your organization plans on participating in the card program please provide electronically, a corporate logo that can be placed in a one inch square.   
- MSC will provide a stamp to stamp attendee cards as they visit your booth area.    
- If your organization plans on participating in the card program please provide a corporate logo electronically that can be placed in a one inch square.

Conference Conclusion Drawing on Friday March 23rd at 4:00 PM. at the closing ceremony.
